The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is seeking a full-time, seasonal Golf Shop Assistant for the remainder of the 2026 season. This position requires a passion for customer service and a positive attitude while delivering knowledgeable advice on bookings and golf merchandise. You'll play a key role in managing tee times and coordinating events, ensuring members and guests receive outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service during bookings and retail interactions

• Manage tee time bookings, changes, and cancellations

• Promote products through creative merchandising displays

• Assist in day-to-day event coordination

• Communicate effectively with members, staff, and supervisors

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a retail customer service role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with computers and Point of Sale systems

• Golf knowledge is an asset

• Reliable transportation is a must
