Position: Full-Time Golf Shop Assistant Position
Join the Glencoe Golf & Country Club as a Golf Shop Assistant. Provide excellent customer service while managing tee times and assisting guests in their golfing journey.

This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality and golf. As a full-time, seasonal employee, you’ll enhance member experiences from now until the end of the 2026 Golf Season. You will be responsible for facilitating bookings, promoting inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone visiting the golf shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service excellence in all interactions with members and guests

• Handle tee time management and changes

• Create engaging merchandising displays for product promotion

• Coordinate daily events like corporate and club outings

• Ensure compliance with golf shop policies and dress code

Requirements:

• 1+ years in retail customer service preferred

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills

• Experience with computers and Point of Sale systems

• Golf-related knowledge is beneficial

• Must have reliable transportation
