As a key player in this seasonal position, you will facilitate smooth transactions while stocking merchandise in the gift shop. You'll also assist visitors with rentals such as power chairs, ensuring their time at the zoo is enjoyable and hassle-free. The role demands attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service to all guests
• Execute cash handling and sales daily
• Keep stores well-stocked and clean
• Maintain rental equipment with care
• Provide safety on the Wildlife Carousel rides
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years retail experience focusing on sales
• Outgoing personality comfortable with public interaction
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stand all shift and lift heavy objects
• Commitment to working weekends and holidays
