As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in our retail operations at the Meredith Building location. Your responsibilities include cashier duties, merchandising, and managing store tasks in the absence of management. Engage with customers, recommend products, and maintain a clean store environment to provide the best shopping experience for all pet owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cashier operations and assist with customer sales
• Prepare merchandise orders and paperwork accurately
• Place small items into stock efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness through sweeping and dusting
• Unload delivery vehicles and stock items up to 50lbs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and holidays
