Cannabis Store Manager Co-op

In the role of Cannabis Manager, you’ll manage the daily operations of our cannabis location to enforce company standards and maintain regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing staff schedules and performance management while fostering an engaging work environment. Utilize your strong background in retail and cannabis knowledge to achieve sales goals and improve store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations in cannabis sales

• Oversee daily management and operations of the store

• Direct the development and implementation of store programs

• Create a positive workforce through professional leadership

• Schedule staff based on sales and operational needs

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and current Sell Safe Certification

• Minimum of two years leading retail teams

• Familiarity with Alberta cannabis regulations

• AGLC approval as a Qualified Cannabis Worker

• Experience with budgeting and inventory management
