Join the team as an Overnight Freight Team Associate and support Home Depot in delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Manage merchandise and ensure safety in a clean, organized environment.
In this position, you will work overnight shifts, focusing on stocking and organizing the sales floor. Operating machinery like reach trucks and forklifts will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and maintain safe aisles for their convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve 100% in-stock merchandise on shelves
• Pack and unpack items per directives
• Merchandise promotions and new arrivals
• Keep aisles visually appealing and accessible
• Ensure clear communication within the freight team
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant retail experience
• Familiarity with operating machine equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products
