The role’s purpose:
The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership and Teamwork:
– Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.
– Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
– Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
– Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.
Customer Service:
– Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
– Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
– Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
– Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
Inventory:
– Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
– Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
– Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.
Cash Handling:
Assist with cash handling duties.
