Position: High Tide Retail Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations of the store

• Provide guidance to staff during shifts

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Ensure store cleanliness and regulatory compliance

• Monitor inventory and assist in stock management

Requirements:

• Valid Sell Safe Certification is required

• Minimum of 3 years in retail, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
