• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual standards
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of retail supervisory or management experience
• Ability to influence store performance metrics
• Strong coaching and team leadership skills
• Experience with loss prevention and inventory practices
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and retail technology
