Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and model excellent service

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism

• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely reporting

• Supervise and train staff effectively

• Perform cash handling and bank reconciliation tasks

Requirements:

• Valid Sell Safe Certification required for employment

• High school diploma and supervisory experience needed

• 5 years in a retail supervisory role minimum

• First Aid certification desirable
