Position: Visual Merchandiser for Retail Leadership

Elevate customer engagement as a Visual Merchandiser in a leadership role. You'll enhance in-store displays, execute promotional strategies, and support team dynamics across multiple retail locations.

This position involves managing all six resort retail store locations while consistently showcasing our world-class product selection. Collaborate closely with the Retail Supervisor, Assistant Director, and Inventory team to maintain high visual standards and educate staff on product knowledge. Your creativity and leadership will significantly enhance the ultimate guest experience through authentic engagement and sales empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create attractive product displays across all resort stores

• Assist in daily staffing management and team huddles

• Lead product knowledge sessions and cultural engagement

• Manage all visual merchandising hardware and maintain standards

• Implement weekly strategies to optimize sales and inventory

Requirements:

• Experience in visual merchandising and retail sales

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of Lightspeed and Dayforce systems

• Ability to forecast trends and analyze sales metrics

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
