Elevate the brand experience at MEC as a Regional Visual Manager. This remote opportunity involves hands-on leadership and regular travel to ensure visual merchandising excellence across multiple locations.
As a leader in visual execution, you will be based in either Vancouver or Calgary and will drive training and partnerships within your region.
Your role is vital in coaching store teams, implementing best practices in merchandising, and fostering an inspiring customer experience that reflects MEC's commitment to outdoor activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly visit stores for best-in-class visual assessments
• Train staff on visual merchandise execution and standards
• Manage and oversee store visual displays and floor setups
• Communicate effectively with regional store teams
• Support planning and execution of store visual projects
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant retail visual merchandising experience
• Proven experience leading teams or managing a region
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of process improvement in retail settings
• Passionate about outdoor activities and community initiatives
