Evenings and weekendsRISE Sports Complex is seeking a friendly, dependable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Champions Corner Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized and professional experience for every athlete, family, member and guest who enters the facility.

• Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver an excellent guest experience and respond to general questions
• Confirm that individuals entering the facility are registered members or authorized guests
• Support member check-in and assist with basic account or program inquiries
• Process concession, beverage and RISE retail merchandise sales
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and report items requiring replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable front desk and Champions Corner area Complete routine cleaning within the performance gym and basketball-court areas
• Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout designated facility areas
• Help ensure facility rules, cleanliness standards and guest-service expectations are consistently maintained

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail, front-desk, hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred
• Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with guests
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
• Comfortable processing sales and handling payments
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization and detail
• Able to manage several responsibilities in a busy sports-facility environment
