Front End Department Manager

This Front End Department Manager oversees department operations, personnel, merchandising, and customer relations. The position includes scheduling, recruitment, performance management, training, and communication of operational changes. You will manage budgets, financial targets, cash procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting employee engagement.

• Schedule, recruit, train, and assess department personnel
• Maintain inventory, order products, and merchandise front-end fixtures
• Resolve customer concerns and provide service meeting customer needs
• Manage budgets, KPIs, payroll records, invoices, and cash procedures

• High school diploma
• At least 18 months of front-end department experience
• Full knowledge of department operations and skills
• Above-average oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
