Coordinate flagship showroom experiences and corporate events for Divine Flooring across Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Chicago. Travel between locations is required.
This coordinator leads showroom standards, product displays, event planning, and marketing direction across multiple markets. The role combines visual merchandising, project management, and team coaching. You will support product launches, designer CEU sessions, industry events, and ongoing showroom training.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain marketing materials and product displays across flagship showrooms
- Plan launches, designer sessions, trade shows, and corporate events
- Coordinate display rotations and quarterly showroom audits
- Coach coordinators on events, displays, and showroom marketing
- Track showroom traffic and report trends to management
- Two to four years of related experience
- Event planning, launches, trade shows, and vendor coordination experience
- Retail or showroom operations and visual merchandising experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, , and RSVPify
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
