Temporary Coach Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to strengthen sales performance, operational excellence, and team development. You lead on the sales floor while delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach Service standards. The work spans forecasting, clienteling, omni-channel services, talent coaching, and store operations.

• Support sales goals through forecasting, planning, and category initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and adjust store strategies as needed
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members
• Deliver Coach Service standards and resolve customer issues
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, HR, safety, and visual standards

• One or more years' leadership experience in retail or service
• Luxury or fashion background preferred
• Ability to inspire teams and exceed performance standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Microsoft Office, retail systems, omni-channel, and clienteling proficiency
