Womenswear Purchase Coordinator

Coordinate womenswear purchasing with Mark’s through vendor communication, purchase orders, and merchandising execution. Support the buying team across assigned categories.

Reporting to the Buyer, the Purchase Coordinator supports seasonal style creation, marketing activities, samples, and category analysis. This role partners with planning, allocation, marketing, product development, design, logistics, and store operations. The work supports assortment execution and customer experience while tracking delivery and financial performance.

• Support the Buyer across day-to-day category functions
• Create styles, manage master data, and execute purchase orders
• Coordinate price events, ad proofing, and marketing trackers
• Manage samples, procurement, room maintenance, and submissions
• Monitor online assortment, content, promotions, and customer experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One to two years apparel retail experience preferred
• Basic retail math and financial analysis understanding
• Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills
• Organizational, problem-solving, collaborative, and prioritization skills
