Support Starbucks retail operations as a Shift Supervisor by directing partners, managing cash procedures, and maintaining standards during scheduled shifts.
This team lead assists the store manager with store operations and helps the team deliver the Starbucks Experience. You maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events, communicate store needs, and use operational tools to support excellence. The work includes cash management, safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain calm operations during high volume periods
- Evaluate customer and store needs for cues
- Communicate shift information to the store manager
- Follow cash management and register policies
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
