As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to strengthen revenue, talent, and operational execution. Your daily frontline presence will inform store strategies across merchandising, marketing, and client relationships. You will lead with integrity, collaborate through change, and support end-to-end management of the store and team. Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation seeks a results-oriented leader who can motivate direct reports and influence partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trusting relationships with clients and associates
- Use frontline insights to improve store business
- Support revenue-driving store strategies and execution
- Ensure communications are cascaded throughout the team
- Coordinate end-to-end store and team management
- Three or more years in similar retail management
- Strategic, intellectually curious, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and change
- Flexible availability for holidays, nights, and weekends
- Additional language skills considered a strong asset
