Direct daily retail operations onsite while applying organization and excellent oral communication to manage staff, customers, and merchandise decisions.
This Shop Manager role requires a one to two year college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma. You will plan operations, study market trends, determine merchandise and services, and develop marketing strategies. The position also includes budgeting, revenue monitoring, staffing, and issue resolution.
