Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales, revenue, customer experience, and operational objectives
- Lead coaching, training, interviews, and staff development
- Execute CRM follow-up and maintain CASL compliance
- Audit transactions and manage inventory securely
- Optimize schedules and control shrink
- Three to five years of retail store supervision or management
- Wireless or electronics sector experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Comfort with modern technology and multiple priorities
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
