Lead customer service and store operations at 7-Eleven as a Retail Assistant Manager, supporting training, coaching, and daily retail execution.
This retail management position works alongside the Store Leader to guide employees and maintain store standards. You will oversee customer service leadership, support retention, and encourage productivity. The work includes merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader
- Train and coach all store employees
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Handle cash and process fuel transactions
- Maintain clean, safe, presentable stores with products in-stock
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One year of Retail Management experience may substitute
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
