Sr. Retail Store Manager

This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a proven record of managing high-volume stores, building strong teams, and driving business performance. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations while creating a customer-centric culture that supports long-term success.

Salary Range : $80K-84K

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Maintain operational excellence, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve results.

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and coach the team to exceed targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and enhance customer loyalty.
• Develop local partnerships and community relationships to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service excellence.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive retail management experience, including leadership of a flagship, high-volume, or multi-million-dollar store.
• Proven success leading large retail teams and achieving sales and operational objectives.
• Strong experience in coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and operational execution.
• Experience building strong customer relationships and community connections.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and retail reporting systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
