Lead LEGO customer experiences at Chinook Centre in Calgary through team training, visual merchandising, and profitable sales support. This part-time position offers up to 30 hours weekly availability.
As a LEGO Brand Retail Team Leader, you will motivate Sales Associates and model customer service, product knowledge, and sales standards. You will review sales and margin information, maintain store graphics, and develop visual merchandising capability. The position requires leadership or management experience in retail, employee training, and point-of-sale systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide training that strengthens customer service, product knowledge, and sales
- Maximize profitable sales through regular sales and margin reviews
- Maintain store graphics, pricing, fixtures, and merchandise presentation
- Train Sales Associates on LEGO visual merchandising guidelines
- Motivate teams while delivering inspirational LEGO retail experiences
- Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment
- Experience delivering employee training
- Cash handling and inventory or sales auditing experience
- Experience using automated point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and provide availability
