Lead merchandising execution at Michaels Signal Hill Centre in Calgary, using inventory management and workload planning to keep products sales-ready. This part-time role supports operational continuity.
As a Merchandise Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with standard operating procedures, company programs, and team accountability. Your work spans truck processing, SISO routines, planogram sets, visual standards, pricing, promotions, and inventory control. You will also provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and support customer-ready store conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
- Execute SISO routines and planogram sets accurately
- Maintain visual standards, pricing, and promotional signage
- Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving
- Train team members through onboarding and skill-building
- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout stores
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25–50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools
- Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
