Key Responsibilities:- Monitor store and individual targets to drive performance
- Prioritize merchandise flow and replenish the sales floor
- Maintain stockroom supplies and merchandise organization
- Minimize loss through sales floor awareness
- Execute store policies, procedures, housekeeping, and visual standards
- High school diploma or GED completed or pursued
- One to two years working in retail
- Knowledge of computers, POS systems, and software packages
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds
