Lead inclusive guest experiences at lululemon while applying technical product education and retail leadership on the sales floor. Seasonal availability is required.
The Guest Experience Lead belongs to the store leadership team and drives daily sales or unit targets through guest experience and team achievement. This position oversees product education, provides feedback, and acts as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor. Retail or customer experience and leadership exposure are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Bring lululemon’s guest experience framework to life
- Provide technical product education and assist guests
- Lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty
- Review daily metrics and motivate sales performance
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
- One year of retail or customer experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
- Legal authorization to work in the store’s country
- Reliable transportation to the assigned store
- Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
