Lead active selling at Sport Chek with strong communication and retail experience in an on-location store environment. Support customers, employees, and daily department operations.
As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you will engage customers and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support store management through shift oversight, employee mentorship, and coaching. The position supports sales goals, customer acquisition, and daily store execution across assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store teams
- Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover
- Mentor and coach part time team members
- Help achieve daily store sales goals
- Operate the store when management is absent
- At least six months of retail experience
- Ability to build daily department and store plans
- Experience training and mentoring employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for active, healthy living
