Position: RONA Customer Service Associate

RONA customer service associates guide shoppers, manage special orders, and use effective selling skills to support store success. Keep products organized and information current.
This customer service associate position supports customers in stores and by telephone. You will assess requirements, recommend products, prepare special orders, and confirm pricing and delivery details. The work also includes merchandising, inventory monitoring, promotions, product knowledge, and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product information in stores or by telephone
Prepare special orders and confirm prices and delivery dates
Maintain stocked, merchandised areas and accurate information signage
Monitor inventory levels and highlight inventory concerns
Keep current on flyers, promotions, and available training
Requirements:
Effective selling skills and excellent customer service commitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Some experience in a customer-focused role
Ability to stretch, bend, lift, and carry medium-heavy products
Bring customer service, product recommendations, special-order coordination, and merchandising skills to RONA's store team.
