Guide Calgary customers through store changes as a Remodel Host, using customer service and knowledge of relocated merchandise areas. Work at Walmart’s Sage Hill location.
Walmart’s Remodel Host helps customers navigate ongoing store relocations and construction. You will approach customers openly, explain changes, and guide them toward moved items. The position also requires understanding policies for damaged and recalled merchandise, following New Store Programs and systems, and returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Approach customers and explain ongoing store changes
- Guide customers to merchandise moved to new locations
- Discuss construction areas and remodel changes knowledgeably
- Follow damaged and recalled merchandise handling processes
- Return non-purchased items to assigned departments
- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain current knowledge of company policies and guidelines
- Follow New Store Programs and systems continuously
- Communicate store changes clearly with customers
