Specializing in Full-Time and Contract Teams for Hire. The role of the Territory Manager is to identify, foster and support sales opportunities in their designated territory. The right candidate will work closely with the team to ensure all the customers' needs are met. The business requires the TM to interact in-person with a diverse range of customers within the hospital network, including Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Administrators, and Group Purchasing Organizations.
This individual will serve as the subject matter expert in all sales and marketing-related activities in the territory, driving and attaining sales through collaboration with the Country Director and Clinical Specialists. The TM will be a proven leader, an exceptional motivator, and an effective communicator with a proven ability to inspire and lead by example.
CA $85,000.00/yr - CA $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Identify, foster and support sales opportunities in the designated territory.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Interact in-person with a diverse range of hospital customers, including Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Administrators, and Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in sales and marketing activities in the territory.
- Drive and attain sales through collaboration with the Country Director and Clinical Specialists.
- Lead by example as a proven leader, motivator and effective communicator.
- Minimum post-secondary degree/diploma required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong project management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability for 20% overnight travel.
