** The Opportunity
** We are seeking a Residential Leasing Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day leasing operations across our residential property communities. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving occupancy and leasing success.
** What You’ll Do
*** Participation in the full leasing process
* Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the portfolio, including availability, vacancy, suite layouts, common areas, amenities, parking, etc
* Develop leads including telephone and email inquiries, holding open houses, and participating in marketing and sales event
* Ability to conduct viewings and tours on an on-going basis
* Ensure rental applications are reviewed and approved, including conducting credit and reference checks
* Inspect all vacant suites on a regular basis to ensure they are in a rent ready condition
* Help Age Care remain competitive by conducting regular market research surveys, providing regular reports on sales activities, occupancy rates, competitor data, and industry trends
* Assist the Marketing & Sales Advisor with the execution of the property marketing and leasing plan
** What You Bring
*** 3+ years of sales experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Experience and knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act considered an asset
* Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary
* A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
