We are currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Executive for a respected brokerage in Calgary, AB
.

- Client Management: Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business, servicing VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
- Client Service: Provide expert advice via phone and email, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Policy Management: Handle renewals, remarketing, cross-selling, and placement of Auto, Home, Boat, Recreational, and Umbrella policies.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new personal lines business opportunities.
- Systems & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and insurer portals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of VIP Personal Lines experience required
- Level 2 Insurance License required
- Experience with high-net-worth personal lines accounts
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC and insurer portals
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- RIBO license and industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered assets
