Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Sales position located in Calgary, AB. The role involves actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales and generate leads. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and identify and meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, attending team meetings, and participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on building relationships and understanding customer needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools is a plus
- Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset are highly valued
