This Calgary-based role allows you to manage the Cranbrook sales territory independently. You will engage directly with small and medium-sized businesses, understanding their needs and offering tailored CFIB solutions. Build lasting relationships while generating leads through proactive networking and referrals, all supported by a proven sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a sales territory dedicated to local businesses
• Meet business owners to assess their needs
• Present CFIB solutions that drive savings and support
• Foster long-term member relationships
• Engage in continuous training and skill development
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset
• Must possess a valid driver's license
