You will act as the central communication hub between clients and team members, overseeing the entire event process. Building on your client management and sales skills, you will streamline operations for both on-site and off-site catering. Your presence is essential during key events, and your organizational abilities are critical to meeting expectations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify and respond to incoming client leads
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and event details
• Conduct tastings and site visits for clients
• Ensure effective event logistics and staffing
• Gather post-event feedback and insights
Requirements:
• 2+ years in event or hospitality management
• Demonstrated sales or account management experience
• Understanding of catering operations and team dynamics
• Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent events
• Reliable transportation for off-site events
