• Ensure satisfaction and renewals through client interaction
• Contribute market insights and update CRM systems
Requirements:
• Solid background in Inside Sales with B2B focus
• Proven lead generation and account management skills
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Preferred education in Business or Marketing disciplines
