Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist

Air Solutions Canada is looking for an energetic, organized and customer-focused person to join our Waterdown team.

This is a busy, hands-on role at the centre of our customer experience.

You’ll support our outside sales team, communicate directly with customers, prepare and follow up quotations, process purchase orders and make sure that our customers receive top draw, responsive, professional service they’ve come to expect from Air Solutions.

Great customer care, strong follow-up and experience and a willingness to pick up the phone are essential.

What You Can Expect to Be Doing:

• Assist our outside sales team with booking customer appointments and sales calls
• Assist them with entering and maintaining customer and sales call information
• Obtain pricing, and delivery lead times from suppliers
• Prepare and send customer quotations and proposals
• Follow up quotations by phone and email
• Answer customer questions and keep them informed
• Help move opportunities forward and close orders whenever possible
• Process customer purchase orders and enter sales orders into our CRM,
  Net Suite
• Assist with product information, pricing, availability, and order status
• Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and operations to look after customer requirements
• Reconnect with dormant customers, and identify new opportunities
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

• Interested in learning about industrial and technical products
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, industrial distribution, equipment, parts, or service would be an asset
• Experience with Oracle Net Suite, Compressed Air, Filtration, and Microsoft 365 would also be helpful
