Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Career Advisors to identify job opportunities

• Conduct job market research for client placements

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with employers

• Organize job fairs and community engagement events

• Maintain CRM systems for reporting and follow-up

Requirements:

• Preferred degree in relevant fields or equivalent expertise

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or business development

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Understanding of challenges for underrepresented job seekers
