Sales Product Specialist

High River Ford is looking for a motivated, professional Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a locally focused dealership that believes in honest, transparent sales and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail sales or customer service — previous sales experience is highly preferred
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with customers
• Professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping people
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Organized and able to follow up consistently with customers
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to build lasting relationships rather than simply make a sale

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first contact through delivery and beyond
• Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
• Stay knowledgeable about Ford products, programs, incentives, and current offers
• Build your own customer base and generate repeat and referral business
