As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead business development efforts while nurturing key partnerships. Your responsibilities will include directing outreach campaigns, coaching team members, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. This position demands a self-motivated leader eager to deliver tangible outcomes in a boutique hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and secure group and travel trade business

• Maintain and build client relationships through meetings

• Oversee negotiation processes and contract finalizations

• Collaborate with leadership on commercial strategies

• Lead sales team coaching and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sales, ideally within hospitality
