Calgary Hotel Sales & Marketing Leader

Drive sales and marketing success for two established hotels and a new property in Calgary. Champion profitability and guest satisfaction through innovative strategies and strong leadership.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales and Marketing will develop targeted marketing plans and sales strategies. Your leadership will motivate a team of high performers to meet revenue goals while enhancing the guest experience. This pivotal role will set the tone for the new hotel brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic marketing plans for hotel revenue

• Lead daily sales review and weekly planning sessions

• Analyze sales data to ensure revenue targets are met

• Create promotional materials to support sales goals

• Promote effective communication of client needs across departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales

• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
