Unbeatable Commission Splits: 100% commission of your residential sales goes to you, including residential sales from our commercial leads, split only on commercial and business sales. This unbeatable commission structure is the best in the real estate industry. Commercial clients often own multiple commercial and residential properties and engage in various business investments. They also tend to be highly loyal, resulting in more repeat transactions and valuable referrals from their business partners, employees, and family members.
Build & Earn from Your Own Sub-Team: Expand your practice by leading agents you recruit or those assigned to you by LIANG Commercial. Team leaders earn a mentorship bonus equal to 25% of the team's commission split generated by their sub-team members during their first two years, and 15% thereafter. This override is paid directly by LIANG Commercial to the team leader — it does not reduce the sub-team member’s commission share.
Additionally, team leaders are not responsible for providing leads to their team, as all business and listings are distributed directly by LIANG Commercial.
Qualified Leads: We bring in qualified commercial and business leads, listings, for our team members, through online marketing, 5 websites, social media sites, digital & printed ads, commercial signs, etc. So our team members can focus on what they are good at, taking care of clients and guiding them through the process of buying and selling, without spending time on marketing.
The majority of our commissions are from listings, not from buyers, which results in higher efficiency for our team members.
High Efficiency: Experienced commercial realtors can double-end 70% to 90% of their listings, with our team's superior marketing system to bring in qualified buyers and sellers.
Choose Your Specialties: Choose your service specialties to be more efficient, including industrial, retail, office, land, multi-family, business, restaurants, gas station, car wash, hotel/campground, etc.
Administrative Support: Full administrative assistance, including listing uploads, preparation of brochures, deal sheets, commercial CMAs, and proposals. Tasks also include pulling title documents, coordinating signage, and other related administrative duties.
Office Options :
Access to multiple office locations and virtual offices, providing flexibility for remote support in smaller cities.
Tier 1 Agent Status:
