Gowan Canada is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Representative who will be the face of the company in South Central Alberta. Ideal candidates will possess an Agriculture-related degree and at least three years in crop protection sales. The role requires strong relationship-building skills with retailers and agricultural professionals, focusing on the execution of technical trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Gowan Canada to key industry influencers
• Build strong relationships within the agricultural community
• Execute technical training for growers and retailers
• Manage regional P&L and meet sales objectives
• Adapt to the ever-changing market landscape
Requirements:
• Agriculture-related degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience in crop protection
• Passion for agriculture and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of southern Alberta's agricultural market
