Lightspeed is seeking a Manager, Outbound Sales to oversee operations in Calgary or Vancouver. This full-time position involves managing a team of Account Executives while supporting outbound sales across North America. You'll be responsible for pipeline health, achieving MRR targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance sales processes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives

• Manage segment-level pipeline and sales targets

• Optimize sales processes and tools for efficiency

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations

• Analyze call volume, sales forecasts, and team performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales management

• Proven ability in pipeline generation and closing

• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
