Position: Sales Coordinator for Order Fulfillment
Lead the sales order fulfillment process as a Sales Coordinator, providing exceptional support to customers and sales teams. Ensure accurate order management and timely service deliveries.

This Sales Coordinator role focuses on the entire order lifecycle, managing customer orders from entry to close-out. You will assist with project coordination, oversee customer communications, and support sales personnel with pricing and product inquiries. A strong emphasis on detail and customer service will drive success in this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate order status and resolve issues with customers

• Oversee project and work order management effectively

• Assist sales with quotation preparation and accuracy reviews

• Enter and manage sales orders within the system

• Ensure timely completion of punch list work and installations

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in customer service and commercial furniture preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
