As a Parts Person, your primary responsibilities will revolve around selling products and ensuring top-notch service for our customers. With a minimum of 2 years of related parts experience, you will assist in maintaining a clean and organized department while handling customer inquiries and requests for quotes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell parts and ensure excellent customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Parts department

• Record all customer transactions meticulously

• Provide Service Technicians with required parts

• Control inventory and process parts orders effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of parts experience

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills

• Ability to interpret customer needs accurately

• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational abilities

Support customers and technicians as a key member of the Parts team.
