In this full-time, onsite position with RPM Commercial Solutions, you will proactively meet with homeowners and promote essential home improvement services. Comprehensive training ensures that no prior experience is necessary, enabling motivated individuals to thrive. You'll focus on generating leads and scheduling free attic assessments, playing a pivotal role in improving home comfort and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach
• Introduce attic insulation and mold treatment services
• Educate on energy savings and home protection
• Schedule free attic assessments with qualified homeowners
• Maintain a positive customer interaction experience
Requirements:
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working onsite and in sales
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
