Senior Living Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, internally known as Lifestyle Consultant, you will promote retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will manage prospects through the sales process while building referral partnerships, touring residences, hosting events, and understanding local markets. Success requires sales leadership, empathy, tenacity, and business acumen.

• Prospect and conduct community outreach for retirement residences
• Build referral partnerships with local businesses
• Tour prospects and advance them through sales processes
• Participate in and host community events
• Manage occupancy and revenue targets through sales activities

• At least two years of proven direct sales success
• Customer-focused relationship-building sales experience
• Experience developing and executing strategic sales action plans
• Business application and CRM system experience
• Reliable transportation and local community travel availability
