The Sector Director leads regional Healthcare growth strategy within a matrix organization. This position combines consultative sales, business development, client engagement, and sector capability building. Healthcare market trends, procurement environments, and capital project challenges inform priorities and pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional Healthcare sector growth plans
- Drive new business across priority markets and strategic accounts
- Lead pursuits using sector expertise and client insight
- Build relationships with Healthcare organizations and industry partners
- Coach practitioners and develop Healthcare sector champions
- Ten years’ Healthcare practitioner, leadership, or advisory experience
- Five years’ sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated consultative sales and competitive pursuit experience
- Strong Healthcare network and relevant industry connections
- Willingness to travel locally and as required
